On-chip Non-Volatile Memory for storing chip set-up & control data

Full on-chip DDMI Monitoring Support

Integrated auto-ranging 10 bit ADC (16 bit dynamic range)

On-chip temperature sensor  for modulation current temp compensation (using LUT on external MCU)

Tx fault detection and safety logic

Separate and independent Transmitter, Receiver and Digital +3.3 V power supplies

Supply current 49mA (typ), Power dissipation 162 mW
